From you we need exports or read access, a few files and a few hours from the people who know your parts.

Questions owners ask
Will you change how our ERP works?
No. We change the data your team approved, not the settings. If the settings are the problem, we’ll say so and bring in the ERP’s own partner.
What if something we need gets deleted?
We don’t delete. Dead items are retired the way your ERP allows, a backup is taken before each batch, and every change is on a list your team signed off.
Do we need a new ERP?
Usually not. Most of the pain is in the data, not the system. If we think the system is the problem, we’ll tell you, and we don’t sell one.
How long does it stay clean?
As long as the checks run. They flag new duplicates and old prices as they appear, before they reach an invoice.
